The largest flat with 70 m² of living space is located on the ground floor and includes a living room, two bedrooms, a dining kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

For a pleasant stay, a seating area, a TV with DVD player and a bar await you in the living room. Plants and pictures give the room a cosy atmosphere.

​

From the living room you have direct access to the south-facing terrace with seating group and parasol. A natural privacy screen with vines completes the atmosphere.

​

In the larger bedroom there is a double bed as well as an additional functional bed for another 1 or 2 persons, which normally serves as a sofa. A three-door wardrobe creates enough space, even for a longer holiday. We will be happy to make up the cot for the little ones by the time you arrive. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a two-door wardrobe.

The large kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette and a corner bench. The kitchenette includes a fridge with freezer compartment and an oven.  Coffee maker and toaster are at your disposal. Dishes, cutlery and all necessary kitchen utensils are available in sufficient quantity. The corner bench group invites you to have a cosy breakfast and dinner.

The bathroom is tiled in white and has a large shower with glass doors. There is a small bench in the shower with natural stone and dark tiles.

This flat with 65 m² living space on the first floor has a beautiful living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

​

The living room is equipped with a leather suite and coffee table as well as a TV and DVD player. Plants give the room a cosy atmosphere and of course the game box for the little ones should not be missing. A small desk is available here.

​

The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a three-door wardrobe. For the accommodation of additional persons, there is a convertible couch here, which offers sleeping possibilities for two more persons. We will gladly cover the wooden cot for you.

The second bedroom offers another double bed and a two-door wardrobe.

In the kitchen there is a kitchenette with refrigerator and oven. A coffee machine and toaster as well as crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are available. A corner bench offers space for dining and a small kitchen radio provides entertainment while having breakfast.

From the kitchen you can directly access the roof terrace of this flat. Here, a table group is ready for you to have breakfast or linger until late in the evening.

The flat with 30 m² living space is ideal for 2 people and is divided into a living area, kitchen area and sleeping area, as well as the daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. An extra bed is available for a third person.

The sloping ceilings are covered with light wood panelling and give the apartment a pleasant character.

​

The living area is furnished with a comfortable seating area consisting of a three-seater couch, armchairs and a designer table. In addition, a TV, DVD player and radio are available for you.

​

The adjoining kitchen area consists of a small kitchenette with refrigerator and all necessary kitchen utensils. Coffee maker, kettle and toaster are also available. Right next to it is a round marble table with two coffee house chairs.

The sleeping area in the eastern part of the flat has a double bed and a three-door wardrobe as well as a clock radio. 

​

The skylight in the bathroom provides enough light and fresh air, as well as a beautiful view. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.
