The largest apartment, with 70 m² of living space, is located on the ground floor and features a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen/dining room and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

For a comfortable stay, the living room offers a seating area, a television with DVD player, and a bar. Plants and pictures lend the room a cozy atmosphere.

From the living room you have direct access to the south-facing terrace with seating and a parasol. A natural screen of grapevines completes the ambiance.

The larger bedroom has a double bed and an additional functional bed for one or two more people, which usually serves as a sofa. A three-door wardrobe provides ample storage space, even for a longer holiday. We are happy to prepare a cot for small children upon your arrival. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a two-door wardrobe.

The large kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette and a corner bench. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and an oven. A coffee machine, kettle, and toaster are also provided. Dishes, cutlery, and all necessary kitchen utensils are available in sufficient quantity.

The corner bench seating area invites you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast and dinner.

The bathroom is tiled in white and has a large shower with glass doors. Inside the shower is a small bench made of natural stone and dark tiles.

This 65 m² apartment on the first floor has a beautiful living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The living room is furnished with a leather sofa and coffee table, as well as a television and DVD player. Plants lend the room a cozy atmosphere, and of course, a toy box for the little ones is provided. A small glass desk is also available.

The larger bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a three-door wardrobe. For additional guests, there is a sofa bed that provides sleeping space for two more people. We will gladly make up the wooden bed for you.

The second bedroom offers another double bed and a two-door wardrobe.

The kitchen includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator and oven. A coffee machine and toaster, as well as dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils, are provided. A corner bench offers seating for meals, and a small kitchen radio provides entertainment during breakfast.

From the kitchen you have direct access to the roof terrace of this apartment. A table and chairs are available there for you to enjoy breakfast or relax until late in the evening.

The 30 m² apartment is ideal for two people and consists of a living area, kitchen area, and sleeping area, as well as a bathroom with natural light, shower, and toilet. An extra bed is available for a third person.

The sloping ceilings are covered with light wood paneling, giving the apartment a pleasant character.

The living area features a comfortable seating area consisting of a three-seater sofa, armchairs, and a designer table. A television, DVD player, and radio are also provided.

The adjoining kitchen area consists of a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and all necessary kitchen utensils. A coffee machine, kettle, and toaster are also provided. Next to it is a round marble table with two café chairs.

The sleeping area in the eastern part of the apartment has a double bed, a three-door wardrobe, and a radio alarm clock.

The skylight in the bathroom provides ample light and fresh air, as well as a pleasant view. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.
